The Archives collects and preserves materials
relating to the history of the following institutions and
individuals asssociated
with them, for the purpose of advancing the defined missions
of research, health care delivery,
education and training:

Johns Hopkins
University Bloomberg School of Public Health
Types of materials collected and preserved by the Archives
include, but are not limited to:
Records of governance and administration
Student records
Correspondence, scrapbooks, diaries
Notebooks
Laboratory records
Architectural records
Photographs and film
Oral histories
Artifacts, equipment and instrumentation
Personnel and
departments transferring institutional records of the
medical institutions should contact the archives staff
and request a Records
Transmittal Form.
Individuals not affiliated with the the medical institutions
who are intested in donating materials to the archives
are asked to contact
the archives. While
we may not be able to accept all items offered for donation,
we may be able to suggest other appropriate
repositories.
