The Medical Archives is open to the Johns Hopkins community and to the general public. The archives welcomes both on-line and on-site researchers.
Access to and use of archival materials is subject to laws, regulations, and Johns Hopkins' policies protecting rights to privacy and intellectual property.
The objective is to make holdings accessible for research and available for use whenever possible, consistent with applicable laws and institutional policies. The Medical Archives reviews and adjudicates requests in accordance with these laws and policies. The archives' experienced staff is pleased to help guide you through the requirements applying to the materials that you may wish to access and use.
