The Archives staff provides a range of both free and fee-based services for on-site and remote users.
All users:
| Reference Assistance | Assistance in accessing materials from JHMI archival holdings - textual documents, images, art, and artifacts. Remote users may be charged a fee. |
| Reproductions & Permissions | Policies, procedures, and forms for ordering reproductions and applying for licensing permissions. |
JHMI users only:
| Records Management | Standards, guidelines, storage, and specialized assistance in managing current records in both digital and hard copy formats. |
| Cultural Properties Management | Standards, guidelines, storage, and specialized assistance in managing fine arts and biomedical artifacts. |
| Exhibits | Standards, guidelines, and specialized assistance in design, curation, and installation of exhibits. |
